Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Subscriptions

BidMuster plans are $99 per month or $990 per year. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.

2. Free trial

Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. No card is needed to start. Cancel before the trial ends and you won't be charged.

3. Cancel anytime

You can cancel at any time. There are no long-term contracts and no cancellation fees.

4. Access after cancelling

Once you cancel, you won't be charged again. You keep full access, including your digests, until the end of your current billing period. After that, alerts stop. Your profile is kept for 90 days in case you come back, unless you ask us to delete it.

5. Refunds

If you're not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of your first paid charge for a full refund. Renewals after that aren't refundable, except where the law requires. Billing errors and duplicate charges are always refunded.

6. How to cancel

Use the billing link in your account emails, or write to admin@bidmuster.com from the email address on your account with "Cancel" in the subject. We'll confirm within 2 business days. You'll get a confirmation email that shows the date your access ends.

7. How to request a refund

Email admin@bidmuster.com with your account email and the charge date. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. If we make material changes, we'll notify subscribers by email at least 30 days in advance.
